A Very Vegetarian Thanksgiving

I'm kind of ridiculously excited for Thanksgiving this year. The family, the free time, and oh, but of course, the FOOD.

Per Max's tag, here's our Thanksgiving menu:

Anyone have any indispensable last-minute suggestions?

Happy Thanksgiving!

(PS - For those of you who find it blasphemous to celebrate Thanksgiving without a turkey, I challenge you to eat even 1/10th as much turkey as everything else, or to come up with a better menu than this. Yeah, that's what I thought.)

Umm...now I'm hungry and it's not Thanksgiving time yet! Sounds great. Also, I thought you should know that my smitten kitchen obsession (courtesy of you) has now spread to Laney as well. Your sphere of influence is ever growing. Have a great holiday! We'd love to see you if you visit over Christmas!

Uh, YUM!! It's true that the turkey ends up being a bit cumbersome (to prepare and to consume), especially when you have limited oven space. All your dishes sound so yummy! Happy Thanksgiving!

You are such an inspiration!!! I have cut way down on red meat and am slowly working toward a more vegetarian life style. Thanks for the good thoughts. I am sure it was yummy!
